Yes, they needed about 15 more cars (or more)circulating for the roundabout=
design so each approach queue had vehicles waiting. They must have seen t=
he problem =E2=80=93 its quite easy for us to see the lack of queuing on so=
me legs of the roundabout compared to queuing on the 4 way. Likely they we=
re too into production to stop and get 15 more cars and drivers.=20
But overall it=E2=80=99s a plus for roundabouts. Shows they are better than=
4 ways. Another discussion can expand on how much better. Now, any rounda=
bout designer can claim to do better than the mythbusters on a conversion.=

I watched that a few weeks ago and felt that it was a disservice towards ro=
undabouts. The roundabout won, and it was an entertaining show, but the rou=
ndabouts is not saturated at all time (the way it looked to me). The rounda=
bout should have won with a bigger margin. Does anybody agree?
